Vrtual.ly processes that information to provide the Service and according to the customer’s instructions, our agreements, and applicable law. Questions about a business customer’s own privacy practices should be directed to that business.

4. Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the requested messaging service. We may share information with service providers, telecommunications carriers, and other vendors only as necessary to provide and deliver our messaging services.

Where Vrtual.ly offers an SMS program, participation is voluntary. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of future messages from the applicable program and HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• With the business customer on whose behalf we collected or processed the information.
• With service providers and vendors that help us host, operate, secure, support, analyze, communicate through, or otherwise provide the Service.
